Day 20: Back @ Home

This may have been the last sunny day of the week. As we speak, it is raining again so if I get out the coming days it will be for some darker shots. That's as close as we get to seasons here, maybe I should just enjoy it. I'll try to show some new beaches again, but since the weather is not cooperating and I have loads and loads of work coming my direction... Btw, I realize he needs some more trunks ;)

  3. I also didn't notice the trunks until you mentioned it. You obviously have a guilty conscience. What a beautiful sandy beach. Not a pubble in sight. Nicely captured.

  6. Lovely lighting and the beautiful soft colours look great. They even match those tiny trunks! Very nice work!

  7. Pity to see you dropping out of the final HxH, but heck, it's your work that matters… In this case, I think cropping the bottom edge tighter would make the shot more stable. The "usual" crop would be in the middle of the shins, if below the knee, yours is a bit too low.
In general, beach shots are hard to beat anyway :) Hope to see lots of you in the future.

  8. A wonderful image to say goodbye with. I have very much enjoyed your Rio beach photographs - they have been a fantastic glimpse into another way of life for me. You've brought some much needed sunshine into a drab Scottish winter. Thank you!

  9. I'm happy you are still posting pics of your glorious beaches, even if out of the H2H.
Your son is adorable and so cute in those trunks too.
The clouds in the distance look magical.
