A bit more personal as we went out to our 'home' beach with our son (front) and nephew (back). It's never fun to see your mother take off into the deep with another kid. I liked the drama in this scene and also didn't get further then taking family shots today. Here is another one I liked.

Oh My! At first I thought it was YOUR mother who was wondering off!! LOL! I thought, WOW - she's in pretty good shape! Then I realized it was from your sons point of view!
ReplyDeleteI love how they form a triangle! Another great shot!
I too was drawn by the triangular positioning of the people...great shot
ReplyDeleteHis little right hand tells it all...
ReplyDeleteYep - definitely traingular in composition! This photo is great - it really tells a story and although your alternative shot is very nicely shot - I prefer this one.
ReplyDeleteI like them both, great captures!
ReplyDeleteOne can hear him thinking, and wishing he was out there in the deep waves with Mummy.
Another great compositional shot.
ReplyDeletePeople are looking for tringular position and mummy working. I´m looking for the water color and thinking here: The sun is shining again in Rio de Janeiro.

Adorei essa imagem. Essa composição com os elementos perfeitamente destacados sobre um fundo em tom pastel (a cor do mar é fantástica) resultam numa cena de poster. Serve como inspiração pra fazer um anúncio de bronzeador... Que tal??? :-)
Very nice photo, and all the better knowing the story behind it :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great shot it has a real feel to the pic a story of a small boy left on the shore :(
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely family shot. Fun and festive and full of holiday spirit. Nice job.
ReplyDeleteI can see him thinking "I'm not allowed to go deeper than my kneeeeees."
ReplyDeleteLovely shot!
