So I failed. Plenty of reasons and excuses, but in the end I was just enjoying myself on some of the most virgin beaches of Brazil. This one is from
Piraquara, a beautiful beach that is sadly enough only minutes away from a nuclear power plant (zoom out). No three-eyed fishes, but a slightly elevated water temperature due to warmed up cooling water. The kids didn't seem to mind.

What a lovely photograph. My only regret is not being able to view it any bigger than I can already. I have a feeling that biewing it bigger would really bring out all the details in the sand.

Beautiful deserted feeling! Lovely stuff and great colours. It's a shame you won't be continuing to the contest, but the portfolio is still coming along very well. Great stuff, and I am glad you had a great time away! Aren't holidays great?!?
