Day 13: Home Beach, end of day

Not every day is another beach, but these days every is at least some beach. Even if that means getting out at 6 in the afternoon when almost everyone has already gone. Come to think of it: that's even better. This weekend I'll be showing some more remote beaches. For those of you who can still stand it. Sorry...

  3. Although we don't see much of Marvin's face this shot speaks volumes. Very nicely done and lovely blurry beach in the background.

And yes, I agree with you. The absense of light does not neccasserily mean there is nothing but in my case I actually was photographing nothing - you just can't see it that's all. So you'll just have to take my word on it.

  4. What a wonderful place to grow up. All those beaches must be paradise for a child.
As is growing up close to nature of any kind which should be possible for all children, if only a proper park with trees to climb and sand to build sandcastles.

  7. The gold blush on his cheek is such a nice compliment to his gold hair, the gold spot in the towel, and the lighter gold of the sand. Very lovely and warm.
